Engineering, Industry & Manufacturing Technology

 
 

Careers in this cluster focus on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), architecture and construction, and generating all sorts of products. STEM careers involve planning, managing, and providing scientific research and professional and technical services such as laboratory and testing services, and research and development services. Architecture and construction involve building and maintaining all kinds of structures as well as related activities such as painting, electrical work, and plumbing. Manufacturing involves transforming raw materials or parts into products. This cluster also includes careers related to transportation, distribution, and logistics and agriculture, food, and natural resources.


Putting it all together as an industrial engineer
